I am on 212, a 100 and a 112. Synthriod is usually prescribed by weight at first, then adjusted as necessary. I started at 175, but that wasn't enough so we tried 200, then several other combinations before landing on 212.
The biggest thing I can stress is to make sure you are able to communicate with your doc so you can be feeling great again!
