I had never heard of this until I went to my new doctor to get a definitive diagnosis of PCOS. When she was looking at the original bloodwork that the RE did, she said there were some things that were questionable and she was leaning more towards a diagnosis of Late Onset Congential Hyperplasia. Apparently underdeveloped breasts are an attribute to that disorder.
