I saw a dr. specializing in bioidentical hormones yesterday. I was given a saliva test to take on day 21 of cycle. I am only on day 2. She gave me oral bhrt from compounding pharm. along with a few other herbs. I will update you on the effects. I was instructed to take throughout my cycle. |
