I lucked out...my gym was changing hands and they told us that we could get out of the contract or sign up for renewal and start all over..I chose to get out of it and didn't have to pay a dime...I was very lucky...Be careful ignoring notices and not paying...they can come after you and send it in to a collection agency and maybe even garnish your wages...be very careful..
