I am newly diagnosed, and the first book I was able to get ahold of was the PCOS diet book by Dr. Nancy Dunne. It basically walks you through creating a more natural and healthy eating lifestyle. It has some great information and is written in easy to understand terms. I do have to do some creative alterations as I am a vegetarian and the recipes in the book involve alot of animal protein. I really would like to get some of the other books people on this thread have mentioned. |
