Scale numbers I know I look and feel better when I do more strength training.
I just couldn't get over the ten pound weight gain.(but I was two sizes smaller!)
I need to add it back into my routine. I just have become addicted to the cardio.
I am going to focus more on the strength training this coming year. Thanks for the picture! What a great reminder
