I think it's because cardio just feels so good! I don't necessarily get that "feel-good" feeling after a good weight lifting session. I always do a little cardio on my weight training days, but the weights are so important!!
Great picture! It helps tremendously to have a visual when you're working your tail off and gaining 4 pounds!!!!! [step away from the scale!]
