I get them on my breast and tummy too, just mostly the groin. I feel the same way about intimacy also but dh has always been good about it. When I get one that is bad and I can barely walk due to the friction, I wear an ace bandage, not loose, kind of snug and that helps me be able to do things and get around. I also will put neosporin if I am out of bactroban under bandage.
I don't wear bathing suits or tank tops. You are not the only one. /my brother gets them too just as bad. I don't like for dh to EVER see them, they suck. They have definately affected my life in a bad way.
