I have the infamous Dark patches and the only thing worked for me is anti-bactrial deordorant. Lady Mitchum has been working really well for me. I went to a derm dr and the ignorant chick said something right. "The velvety skin can became inflamed with bactria. Bactria can make then dark patch worse and give an odor. Try anti-bactrial deorderant". So I have been using Lady Mitchum for over year and a half. The symptoms have decreased dramatically. Hope this helps. Sunny
