 Depression / mood swings & Hashi
Hi
I have been struggling with depression (mainly the sad crying type) for a few months now. My GP changed my meds from Cipramil to Lexapro. I had to up the dose about 3 weeks ago and for the last 3 days I have been crying heaps again.
Do any of you relate to this?
Wondering if the depression is linked to the Hashi or pcos?
Am I normal ????? Ok silly question
Is this usually what happens with Hashi
I dont think I am hypo yet and am taking Selenium supplements to support thyroid. Wondering if this is not enough.

Met 250mg x 2 (for 3 wks) now 500mg x 2 (PCOS)
Amour 120mg daily (Hashi)
Progesterone trouche 50mg (PCOS)
Hysone 8mg daily (Adrenals)
Lexapro 20mg (All of the above)
