Hi Annie

I would stick with the Stony field yogurt. I don't think that it has HFCS in it, just sugar and as long as you have some extra protein with it, I think that it would be ok. Just remember that some of the carbs that are listed on the label are the carbs from being dairy - I would compare the label of a plain (no sugar) stony field yogurt with one that has the fruit/sugar and try to figure the carbs based on that. I agree with you on wanting to stay away from the artificial sugars, but I haven't done so well with it lately.
