I have been trying to eat low fat and low carb things for a couple of months now. My DH and I recently learned that if you look on the back of what your about to buy at the grocery store look at the ingredients and if it has partially
hydrogenated oils. DO NOT EAT IT!
Those things cause the kind of fat that is REALLY HARD to rid of! Really if it has Hydrogenated anything. Its really bad for you. We have a subscribtion to Discover mag. and it said they did testing and gave one mouse nothing but food that contain hydrogenated oils and another one that didn't and the one that at the hydrogenated foods died a lot sooner and had numerous health problems.
