ah, the dreaded scale
. My gf always gets on the scale when we are at the gym. I stay clear of it. It seems to really control my motivation so I just do measurements once a month. My sister is a yoga instructor . She really enjoys it. So where are you guys from? I live in Ontario, Canada.
