This will sound crazy but I've found aspirin the best skin treatment ever, and it's soooo cheap to buy. Aspirin is salicylic acid, a beta hydroxy acid, so that's why it works. It's what is in lots of those acne products we buy for so much $. I've had terrible skin for years and I've been using a couple aspirin dissolved in a tiny bit of water as a scrub (and/or as a mask for about 20mins) for nearly 3 weeks and my skin is starting to feel and look like real skin again.
