Anyway I have been lurking through all the message boards and I just had to answer your question. I was dx with hypothyroidism when I was 13yrs old. I have been on Synthroid/Levothyroxine ever since. 2006 dx with hashimoto's, first Dr. to ever look in to why I was hypo. I am on 250mcg a day also. I also take it by two different pills with two prescriptions. You are the first person I have ever talked to that took as high a dose as I do. I have known a few people on 175mcg, never 250mcg.
Also, hello to everyone else out there with pcos/ hypothyroidism or both.
