Hey Brooke,

I take one in the morning and 2 at dinner for a total of 1500mg. It should be three times daily but I found I was exhausted and had some headaches so I moved it. A few ladies take them like that and found it better. A Vitamin B supplement helps bigtime with the fatigue...PBLayzod is right
