Hi Polly, we were applying for Blue Shield PPO private insurance for DH, myself and our 2 kids. I was being listed as the primary on the plan since I am the younger of the two of us. I wonder if that had an affect on their decision? I haven't heard anything further from them about the rest of the family, but I don't plan to do any business with them at all at this point.
