Hello,
I am 8 weeks pregnant, took Met 850 - one cycle and got pg. My doctor recommended that I get off Met (as it had done it's job) and prescribed progesterone tablets to take through the first trimester. The progesterone tablets are called Duphaston. Anyway, I have gained 10 pounds in one month on these tablets and am miserable! They make me continuously hungry!! I feel like I have no control over this situation. My doctor has advised me to stay with the progesterone tablets to ensure a healthy lining in my womb. He said that women who have PCOS sometimes do not have enought progesterone in their bodies and need a supplement. I understand all that but I'm so depressed about this sudden weight gain. Has anyone had a similar experience or have any tips on how to not eat everything in sight while pregnant and starving. I have been exercising at least 4 days a week and TRY to be mindful but when it's 3am and I'm starving sometimes my judgement is not at its best.

I appreciate whatever info you can provide.

Thanks!
Brooke
