Hi All,
I just split the pill in half and took my first dose.. just thinking about the side effects are making me nauseous since I actually felt nauseous right before taking it!
I am going to take 250mg 2x a day because I already have a sensitive stomach as it is, but I will work my way up to a whole entire pill soon enough. (btw, how long does a dose last for?)
Here's me hoping that I don't spend the day in the bathroom! ^_-
