Sorry I could not post the info last night as my MIL showed up as soon as I got home going crazy about how I didn't answer my phone. She needed more money... *sigh*

Anyways, I never felt hungry but I did have cravings for MEAT. I actually cried and begged my husband to take me out for fajitas!! LOL - Eventually that passed and after the cleanse I included Salmon and other healthy fish into the diet which helped a lot.

There is no portion control. Veggies and fruits do not make you fat, yay! Make sure it's all whole foods and not canned (sugary) fruits. Also, you can't count cream of ... soups - too much salt.

beads - I would say you do need to be following the diet for at least two weeks before the cleanse. It would not be very effective if you continued to put toxins into your body right up to the point of the cleanse.

I did include some sugars, like peanut butter - I have it for breakfast every morning and I could never give it up! Whole wheat bagel w/peanut butter and a banana - it's like a pure shot of energy that you don't crash from. It completely replaced my caffeine (now my only source is occassional chocolate).
