I bought the book PCOS: A Woman's Guide to Dealing with PCOS by Colette Harris and Dr. Adam Carey. It's a good book and easy to understand. Some other books I've purchased and read are Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler. This book explains on what you can do to help chart your cycles and gives ways of knowing if you're ovulating or not. It's got lots of information in it. Also is The Infertility Survival Handbook by Elizabeth Swire Falker. This book is great for those just starting in the ttc department and have been told they have infertility problems. It explains all options and procedures in detail, so you know exactly what is involved with IVF, IUI, etc. And lastly for Christian cysters the book The Infertility Companion helps you deal with facing infertility and dealing with your emotions while at the same time keeping it at a biblical and spiritual level. I'll have to get back with you on the author. But I was able to purchase it at Barnes and Noble. I've found all these books to be helpful. Happy reading!

But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. Isaiah 40:31
