You might be able to take both, but I would NOT switch from met to spiro. They treat totally different things. Spiro treats high blood pressure and hirsutism/hairloss. Met treats insulin resistance and other pcos symptoms. Together, they would treat pcos well, but cancelling met for spiro would probably not work, IMO.
