I was just hit with yet another blow...I was informed by mail that my financial aid for school has been cut off for this year due to my mom making $1,000 more than the cut-off income to recieve aid. What makes me so mad about this is that my Mom this year is going to make waaaay less than she did the previous year. She lost her job and has recently started a new one at a $10,000 a year pay cut. There is no way either of my parents can help me out with school, even though I know they wish they could. I feel so stuck. I just started seeing a therapist and it costs me $35 a visit and now between my prescription costs and loosing the money I usually rely on from financial aid, I don't think I'll be able to continue my therapy sessions. I know lots of people go through things like this. I just feel like everything has come at me at once. I need a break ! |
this has nothing to do w/ PCOs, but here it goes:
file an amendment w/ the financial aid office @ your school. they will recalc. the amt. of aid you get!
