So I went to get laser hair removal before I knew I had PCOS. Well, laser never worked. I just kept going in and it kept growing back. Finally, I asked the nurse, who was the sweetest lady ever, and she said, it could be something called PCOS and she gave me a BRIEF breakdown of it. Well, I KNEW I had it then. Googled it, asked my dad, and off I was to an endocrinologist. In summation, that nurse said that laser hair removal wouldnt work unless cysters were being treated for their PCOS--who knows if that means BCP, sprironolactone etc. But just an FYI for anyone considering it.

Personally, I would rather work hard at losing weight and reversing the hair growth than spending thousands on trying laser again. Bummed me out that it was all in vain.
