I've read/skimmed over most of Colette Harris' books (The Ultimate PCOS Handbook, The PCOS Protection Plan, PCOS : your guide to self-care, emotional well-being, and medical support, The PCOS Diet Book, PCOS : a woman's guide to dealing PCOS) and I must say that they helped me tremendously! I'm very lucky that our local library carries all these books.
