Kat you wouldnt believe how much difference food and exercise has on my cycle. I can get a regular period by eating no sugar and low GI foods along with some exercise. This month I have just pigged out on sugar and had no exercise what so ever and I havent had a period, I can feel the effects of all of this unopposed estrogen in my system and its making me ill and moody. Im going to the gym now.  xxx
