Some words that are less than 4 letters or words that are too long will not 'compute' on the search function.
If you're searching on a word that is 3 letters add the "*" wildcard as the 4th letter.
For instance, if you're were searching for the word
TOY, you would actually type in:
TOY*
If the word was unusually long like
INFERTILITY, you would have to type in:
INFERTIL*
Another good option is to use GOOGLE's 'site search'. You can have google highlight the words you're looking for so you don't have to read the entire page...you can just scan it.
I have the google bar in my browser, and use it all the time.
