I do not like the DR, I do not trust them as you will read why, so if you have any help that does not say go to a DR I would love to hear it. Does anyone know how many of these a day you would need to take if you are trying to replace the Metformin with it (I do not want to even try the drug, only herbs)

Let me see if I can explain this to you. Feel free to ask me any questions. I know you are not a Dr or anything, but I have found out in the past that sometimes the Dr’s know the least.
I guess I should start off with my mom. She had 5 miscarriages before me and they never knew what it was. They just said unexplained infertility. They put her on Clomid and the first month she became pregnant with me and then had no problems with my brother. That was 30 years ago they didn’t know this.
Well, I got married in 2002 and we started to right away try to get pregnant. We were not on any kind of birth control or anything and I never have been (never had sex until the day I got married). Anyway, my cycles were normal most of my life except for a bit my senior year of high school when I played a lot of sports and lost a lot of weight. Until then I was always overweight. Then my senior year of high school and college and up until 2003 I was skinny. In January of 2003 I was doubled over in pain and bleeding a lot. I was in tears it hurt so much. We went to the ER (worst experience of my life) and they said miscarriage (I was late almost 90 days). They did a bunch of internal ultra sounds and all of that and that was the best they could do. Just so you know through all of this I have never had a positive at home pregnancy test. This is just what I have been told by Dr’s and such. Then we waited a few months and we kept trying. I then got one of the so called top 10 OBGYN in AZ at the time. He immediately put me on Clomid and progesterone. I didn’t think he really listened to my symptoms, but then again how many do? Anyway, I gained 80lbs within in that year I was on Clomid. I was on the max dosage. Anyway, in that time we had 2 more as he was calling them Miscarriages (never had a test come up positive) and as gross as this is, I had to take in the sample for him to test. Who knows if he did or not. That is just what was put down in my chart. Well, then he did the dye test and said okay you are cleaned out like spring time now. It hurt really bad and I am pretty tolerant to pain or used to be at least. Anyway, we then moved from AZ to CA and I had a friend in AZ that had several miscarriages and she told me she got pregnant finally from acupuncture. I went to an acupuncturist in CA and she put me on her herbs and did her thing to me and by the second week I was pregnant again about 90 days later I started to bleed again. She told me I was pregnant, but checking me. I seem to make it between 90 and 95 days. Once again test negative at home. Then after about 6 months in CA we moved to KY and I went to see an Amish guy who did Kinesiology and Iridology. He said my uterus was tiled and I was not ovulating. I knew I had problems with this and the only other person that knew this was the acupuncturist. She also told me I have a cold uterus (weak pulse). Well, I did this Amish guys herbs for about a year and I had one pregnancy he said and at 96 days I bleed and had lots of clots. I could never get my cycle back to the same. About a year ago after this last one, I started to have really bad pains on my left side around my ovary. I had no idea what it was and I had it all the time. Well, I went to a clinic here about a month ago and she told me I had PCOS (at least to the best she can diagnose). I have charts, calendars and I wrote down all my symptoms and she knew right away what it was. I do not have insurance. Probably like you, my husband and I are dying to have a baby and I do not know what to do to help this process. I am starting a new diet here (one that my husband has lost 60lbs with). You eat Fresh veggies, fruits, meat or fish once a week, beans, and grains (but no wheat).
