Hair Loss Has your Endocrinologist checked your Testosterone levels? My hair loss was caused by elevated Testosterone. I took 200mgs of Spironolactone for three years, I continued to lose hair. It lowered my Testosterone some. It didn't work on the DHT part.
I now take Flutamide. It stopped my hair loss. I have experienced hair loss for 20+ years. It would go in cycles. Just when I would think that it had stopped it would start up again. It was my most difficult PCOS symptom to deal with. Good luck. I hope that you find something that works for you. HTH
