Default for Lullaby Dreams

Hi. This is for Lullaby Dreams. Thanks for letting us know what's going on. Don't be too discouraged about not asking for info. It's not too late to call your doctor's office and ask for a copy of your labwork to be sent to you. Actually, having a record of all of your labs will prove to be very useful.

I noticed in your meds info. that you listed soy isoflavones. I'm not an expert by any means on thyroid info. . . . one of the reasons I'm still asking questions of just about anyone with thyroid and/or PCOS issues . . . however, I read some info. by Mary Shomon who said that eating soy products are not good for the thyroid. I understand that fermented soy as in soy sauce is okay. I'd read somewhere else that broccoli uncooked is not so good for the thyroid but cooked is okay (a big relief since we eat a lot of cooked broccoli at my house).

I hope it goes well w/getting your labs.

Blessings,
Pam

P.S. I accidentally hit the unsubcribe link for this thread . . . I'm hoping that by reposting I'm automatically resubscribed! If anyone has any info. about this, could you let me know? Thanks!
