Hii!
Name call me lush - wish not to say my real name
Age 20 (21 in mid-aug)
Family situation living with parents (both) and siblings - until i move back to uni in sept
PCOS symptoms well im overweight, acne problems, cant have periods naturally - need tablets, pains in overies, strugle to lose weight, hair in unwanted places
Worst thing about PCOS the pains in the overies, having to take tablets everyday, the heavy periods, not being able to lose weight - now thats the most worse thing ever
Medication currently on dianette for 3 years, but might be going on metformin once ive had my blood test before she puts me on it.
NHS or Private NHS. even though they take months and months and months to get everything done - atleast you dont have to pay for it. If you did, i wouldnt be able to afford it. Also i have to pay for prescriptions even though im in full time education but im over 18 (stupid stupid STUPID rules) so im literally paying for my PCOS even though i cant afford to keep paying for my precriptions
Action taken against PCOS reading up more about it, trying to sort my body out. Thinking about starting to raise awareness
PM or Email? im happy with both
Any other information erm.. ive been through alot since i was 11, ive fought my way through life and have had depression for years because of things in the past. Ive fought to get this far and im going to fight my way through this untill i have my happy ending
