Have you talked to a counselor about this at all. Maybe that would help. I think it's wonderful that you are here seeking ways to support her.
Honestly thought when you are dealing with infertility it can take up every moment of your day. It seems there are constant reminders that everyone else can get pg and you can't. I think the constant worrying, thinking, trying is normal.
