haha miss-jelly...we seem to run in to each other everywhere on here

Im really excited that there is a place for the GLBTQ community here at soulcysters. Sometimes a queer identity can make things that much more difficult. I choose to identify as queer. I date people, not gender, which makes many people want to classify as bisexual (but I feel uncomfortable with that term). I am currently in a relationship with a man, which has caused some strain with a few of my female friends. I want to turn to them for support with my PCOS, as usually they are very supportive. However, my ability to access heterosexual priviledge right now (due to my heteronormative relationship) has caused a rift.
Has anyone else here experienced something like this?
