Being on too low a dose for a long period of time can cause your hypo symptoms to seem more severe, but 3 weeks should not be doing that. Are you taking it on an empty stomach? Sometimes that can make you feel really crappy if you do.

I would contact your NP to get some labs done to see where your levels are at, even though it's only been 3 weeks. If it's working, your levels should be heading in the right direction (TSH going down).

Hang in there! It can take some time, but you'll get on the right dose and feeling great soon!!
