There is a thicking formula for men I heard that helps. I use Avon solutions clearing gel cleanser...its not harsh and keeps my face clear. I also buy their facial scub and use it daily while in the shower . I take zinc which i told helps also. As for Met ..i just started taking it again...used it with the combination of infertlity meds to concerve..I have 3 kids
Now I will use it agin to get off the 200 mark for wt... contact me any time Jennie
