Don't be too worried. If your doctor in the UAE is not taking you seriously already, it can't get worse in Winnipeg, and it might just get better. See my previous post about Markham Clinic - maybe try that place, too. And if you do find that you're not happy with your doctor, just keep looking for another one.
Just curious - what draws your family to Winnipeg? Do they know how cold it gets there in the winter? lol
