I like this poem. I have just been diagnosed about a month ago. I am confused about alot and my dr. never explained to much. What I know - is what I have researched. Nor did he put me on a diet plan or anything. I am 238 pounds. I have lost some on my own before this - but now I feel like I have to. I want to live healthy - I want to have a fulfilled life.
