I just saw Dr. Minassian for the first time about 3 weeks ago. I finally got a pcos diagnosis as well as a prescription for met (my insurance won't cover fortamet- that's a whole nother story!). I couldn't believe how patient and supportive he was. Unfortunately he told me that he's moving to Reading to head a program there. Are you guys planning to see him in Reading or change to a different doctor in the practice. Do you know anything about the other docs? Also does anyone see a good ob/gyn that actually knows about pcos? All of my previous ones have brushed off my concerns about possibly having pcos because I didn't exactly fit the profile. |
