I was so surprised when I saw the episode!! When they started talking about the sweets, I was think, well you don't know for sure if her type PCOS is caused by insulin resistance, so she doesn't have to give up the sweets!
I was worried that someone was going to tell me I need to give up my coke because I have PCOS even though I am not insulin resistant, but I didn't want anyone to get ideas!!
