Age: 26
Family situation: i have a husband called Stephen, no children as of yet only two cats.
PCOS symptoms: irregular periods, overweight, pelvic pain and spots
Worst thing about PCOS:being fat and two weekly periods with the nasty pelvic pain.
Medications used: Metformin 500mg three times a day.
NHS or Private: NHS
Action taken against PCOS: I am losing weight counting the calories which seems to be working.
I am doing more exercise, and i am trying to not get stressed particulary with my poor husband.
