When you know the problem is simply too much junk food or overeating, all you can really do is just fight the temptation or avoid it.

Make sure you eat a decent breakfast in the morning, that generally tends to keep you from getting really hungry all day.

If you can manage to start exercising in the first place, you'll probably feel less tired (I know, it's a vicious cycle). Maybe try taking some B-12 to sort of energize you a bit? That seems to help a lot of us with that PCOS monster fatigue. Carbs and sugars will weigh you down a lot as well (all the glucose and insulin pumping through your system will make you groggy) so there's another reason to avoid junk food.
