Telus has horrible customer service. It's like talking to a brick wall. Fido was pretty good (this was a few years ago) but their coverage is a little more spotty in the rural areas. Oh and when I tried to return the freebies they gave me with my phone, I couldn't because I didn't have the reciept! |
