I have been strength training, I stopped a few months back when the pain of my bad teeth (every time I exerted effort, shooting pains) I now have had all my bad teeth pulled and the sites have healed. I have eased back into excerise using the weights in the pool, but I want to progess to the free weights, I was using machines months ago, but now I think I need to be really serious, anybody using free weights at the gym... need pointers!!! |
