I read the "Low Glucose Revolution"by Jennie Brand-Miller. She is from the University of Sydney the experts in low gi. I didn't necessarily limit how much I was eating, but switched to low & med gi foods. I also swam 3x a week for 25-35 minutes, walked 5x week (1.5-3 miles depending on hot it was) and did fertility yoga (monica morrel dvd) a couple times a week.
