Are you taking 2000mg all at once? If you are, that in itself can mess you up. Met for most (not all) will help regulate your cycle. If your not taking it regularly then your cycles may be screwy. You need to split your met accordingly, like maybe 1000mg in the morning and 1000mg at night. Get a pill box that will help you remember to take them.
You need to keep track of what foods you eat that make you sick so you can try to avoid those or eat less of them.
