I have been using full fat dairy for a long time. I read we are likely to get a vitamin D deficiency and the milk fat helps us process D better. There was also an article that said we should always have some good fat when we eat veggies or we don't process the vitamins at all and they just pass through. Not enough fat and vitamins is detremintal to the health and fertility from what I understand.
