yes i have heard of the fertility diet and i actually tried it for a short time, i didnt really see much difference but then again i did onyl try it for a short time. I become discouraged very easily and i look for new things to try so i went from teh fertility diet to a website called the 5 step fertility cleanse, it has a lot of the same thoughts such as reducing animal protein intake and useing veggies and nuts. It also gives you relaxation therapy ideas that actually make you feel so much better. I would recommend anyone to check it out, it may not work for everyone but it really has some valid points to go over.
