 2 questions...
Ok first, I'm taking Lexapro, and I've noticed that I'm a bit nauseus. Does that side effect go away soon?
Also, where do you "wear" most of your weight? I have a really big stomach, and it's really disproportionate to the rest of my body. Is that normal for people with PCOS? I weigh 234 pounds, but I only wear a size 16 and it's a bit loose, so I wear my weight well, but I just have a really big stomach. But the weird thing is that I can suck in my whole stomach without a problem, and I look fine, but when I'm not sucking in my stomach, it's very disproportionate. I asked my new personal trainer about it, but she doesn't know what to do, she just tells me to work on eating less fast foods and drink more water. I've lost weight everywhere else but there. |
