Just passing through here, but yes, nausea is one of the side effects of every SSRI I've taken or heard of, and the only one I ever have trouble with. It should pass when the medicine becomes effective (usually three weeks after you start taking it). Until then, close your eyes and take deep breaths. Ginger can help- tea is probably the best, but gingerale (I like diet, the sugary stuff makes my mouth sour) will do in a pinch. Sip, don't guzzle.
