I am not taking any meds but most of my weight is in my stomach as well. I am 235 and I have to wear a size 22/24. I am pretty well protortioned but I have a tummy that really sticks out and I have a bit of a wider body frame than most women. I beleive for most woman with pcos and endometriosis, its normal to have extra body weight in the stomach. Or rather, its more common.
